Surveys in 2011 have ranged from samples of 200 to 10,000.
Key services include:
- Printing questionnaires - A4, A3, colour, or black and white.
- Unique ID number can be pre-printed on the questionnaire
- Personalised covering letters
- Fulfilment (stuffing) of packs
- Freepost address that can have the survey name in the address title
- Completed questionnaires are opened, sorted, numbered, and booked-in. Regular sample updates are sent to clients
- If required, data is then entered, and merged with other respondent data (from unique ID number) - e.g. if it is a member survey, we can merge in their demographic details.
- Data can be merged with other interview modes such as telephone or online.
